Not Quite Dead Yet by Holly JacksonMy rating: 4 of 5 stars
Can it be called a cozy mystery when the victim is investigating their own murder? Jet has been fatally wounded and only has about a week to solve who wanted her dead and why before she has an inevitable aneurysm. There are plenty of suspects and motives and just when you think you've figured it out, you're wrong. There's a sweet romance and the lesson to live life as full as possible because who knows when it's our last week. It all builds to slightly melodramatic over-the-top ending, but hey, that's what cozy mysteries are all about, right?

Turns out dying feels a lot like living.
